Each eligible user may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
92pjr reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.
All Account Balances on 92pjr are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are defined in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

Suspicious patterns — including unusual betting sequences, rapid withdrawal requests following bonus claims, and multi-account indicators — trigger mandatory review. Users under investigation may have withdrawals held pending resolution.

92pjr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice if:
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Where an account is closed in good standing — without outstanding bonus obligations or investigations — any remaining real-money Balance will be returned via the User's last verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
Funds held in accounts closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licence conditions and the Platform's anti-fraud policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pjr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the Platform's support team will be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant licensing authority.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that local gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit participation. 92pjr does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. If you have a complaint about the Platform's conduct, contact support in the first instance. If the matter is unresolved within a reasonable period, the dispute may be escalated to the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body designated by the operator's licensing authority.
